The Hinsdale Fire Department's volunteers are not only there to help make our town a safer place to live but are also the Hinsdale Dayz committee's closest allies in our efforts to bring the community together at our events. A tight knit group of men and women who contribute to their community in a way that is second to none. Their service and efforts have helped keep Hinsdale the community what it is.
They also hold their own events for the community either inside the firehouse or at the magnificent Wayne Walton Pavilion that the volunteers built themselves behind the station. An ever growing population that needs the service they provide. Not to mention their spacious back lot and the annual events the town has an opportunity to gather at and enjoy their town in a family reunion atmosphere.
Communities could learn from the efforts of the Hinsdale Massachusetts Fire Department.
